Amidst all the delays Gran Turismo 5 is now in the homes of millions of gamers. However, the reviews have now come flooding in and the reception for the game have been short of perfection.
The New Features That Were Shared
The hype for the game was immense with Polyphony Digital feeding information about a course maker, dynamic weather and lighting effects and a new damage modelling system. Plus there was the fact that the game has over 1000 cars in it - the most cars ever featured in a videogame before.
Also part of the hype machine was that the Top Gear Test track was to be featured as well as a NASCAR and WRC racing events. Yes, the game was looking to be one of the greatest and most ambitious games with all the latest features that were announced prior to the game’s release.
